Jennifer Schwerin

Executive Coach and Change Management Consultant

I partner with leaders and companies to navigate – and thrive through - transitions of all sizes with purpose, vision and confidence.

With over 20 years of experience guiding leaders and companies through change, I founded Moxie Coaching & Consulting Services to help people and organizations thrive through change and make bold moves with confidence.

My journey with change management has included providing strategic counsel to C-suite leaders, building resilient workforces through training and authentic communication, and strengthening the performance of teams and individuals across both nonprofit and for-profit sectors.

I’ve worked in talent management, organizational development and recruiting roles for small and mid-size companies, such as Planned Parenthood Southeastern Pennsylvania, the American Red Cross in Greater New York, Habitat for Humanity NYC, and, most recently, as Chief People Officer for a mid-size communications agency.

I have led, supported, or counseled on over 50 significant organizational transformations.

I’m a certified Executive Coach through NYU’s School of Professional Studies, hold a BA in International Studies, and a PhD in curating an exceptional vinyl collection—because every great conversation deserves the perfect soundtrack.

Client Voices

“Jen’s helping me find my voice and shine my light even brighter. As a coach, she's all about reframing perspective and holding you accountable to that perspective.

So much of her work pulls out what is already inside of you. I'm excited for how far I've come, and am even more excited for what's ahead because of the work we've done together. She will help you find the Moxie and the courage to be your truest self in any work environment.”

Chantal

“Jennifer's great insights, support and guidance helped me to creatively and effectively market my skills and experience with new confidence.

Our sessions were instrumental in helping me to further discover and celebrate my 'superpowers' and digging deep on what I'm passionate about and love to do.”
